Jen

Owner of Trybe Yoga and Trybe Wellness and Performance Center. Jen Andrew is a dedicated ERYT teacher, mentor, and friend. Born in Alabama, Jen moved to Texas at the age of 12. At that age, Jen worked her first job at a local paper company, where she rolled newspapers. Thus, exemplifying an (early-on) eagerness to learn and work. Over the years, Jen has worked in different capacities, from sales and marketing, to retail, care-taking, as a sous chef, various gym positions, and her current and longest passion, personal training. Jen also has a BFA in Sculpture and Watercolor from Texas State University in San Marcos.

For Jen, the fitness and health industry is among her most essential passions and has been her professional industry almost 2 decades. She is also a certified personal trainer and Westside Barbell Personal Training and Athletic Coaching Certified, a Precision Nutrition coach, as well as a Precision Nutrition : Sleep, Stress, and Recovery coach. She predominantly works with all levels of fitness and ages of individuals from teens to the upper 80’s looking to get stronger while maintaining vitality and wellness.

When Jen is not training, practicing, or teaching yoga, you will find her with her family of 6 or at the gym training for her next powerlifting competition, and training others to be their best! She currently hold's 14 World Records and 26 State Records. She holds the number 1 drug tested (Elite) Glossbrenner and Wilks score in the world in the 165lb weight class for her age with a 529lb squat, 259lb bench, 359 deadlift, and a 1147 Total.

Trybe opened in May 2015 and Jen continues to fulfill her dream of creating a welcoming, positive space to come as you are and she cannot wait to see you at Trybe Wellness and Performance Center! 

Kelly

Kelly became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2018. She has experience in group fitness, online classes, and one on one personal training. Her passion is helping others reach their goals by getting healthy from the inside out while having a lot of fun doing it!
